Shipping policy

Shipping:
We process orders within 1–2 business days (excluding major holidays) to ensure quick delivery. Most ground shipments are sent via DHL/USPS, except for PO boxes and larger orders. Orders with more than 4 item will ship via UPS Ground and might require a signature upon delivery.
UPS 2nd Day delivers Mon-Sat.

Returns:
Returns are accepted within 30 days as long as the item is unwashed and has its original tags. Customers who didn't purchase Checkout + coverage are responsible for return shipping costs, we're happy to help with the process if needed. Returns are typically processed within 2–5 business days, though delays may occur during the holiday season.
